Meet Aggie and Cristy, the voices behind the Badass Women in Business Podcast.

Aggie and Cristy created the Badass Women in Business Podcast for women business owners, founders, executives, and leaders who know that success rarely follows a straight line. The podcast began with a simple but powerful observation: too many women were quietly building businesses, leading teams, making hard decisions, raising families, navigating setbacks, and creating real impact, while still believing their stories were not extraordinary enough to share.

Aggie and Cristy saw something different. They saw the courage, strategy, grit, humor, doubt, resilience, and wisdom inside those stories, and they built this podcast from the belief that every woman’s story is worth telling. Not because it has to be polished, perfect, dramatic, or tied up with a neat little lesson, but because there is value in the real path and in the moments that shape the woman behind the business.

Through honest conversations with founders, executives, experts, and changemakers, Aggie and Cristy go beyond the highlight reel to explore what it really takes to build, lead, grow, pivot, and keep going.
